REDUX team stepped away from our usual work environment and into something completely different—Dialogue in the Dark Singapore. Guided by a visually impaired facilitator, we navigated everyday situations in complete darkness. Without sight, we relied on our other senses and more importantly, on one another.
It was a powerful reminder that communication goes beyond what we see, trust is built in uncertainty, and empathy comes from shared experience, not assumptions. We continued the day with a walk along the Rail Corridor, followed by team activities at KAP Mall, creating space to connect and strengthen teamwork outside the workplace. Congratulations to Team A (Stanley Gan, Jeffrey Thia, Shu Wang, and Zheng Jie) for taking the win.
