REDUX wOn 14 July 2026, REDUX successfully completed the Chief Sustainability Officer-as-a-Service (CSOaaS) Programme and received the Bronze Green Excellence in Business (G.E.B.) recognition during the inaugural graduation ceremony held at Razer SEA Headquarters.
Through the programme, REDUX strengthened its approach to integrating sustainability more systematically across its operations, governance, performance measurement and long-term business planning. The programme provided practical guidance to help participating SMEs translate sustainability commitments into structured and measurable business actions.
The recognition reflects the progress REDUX has made in strengthening accountability, improving operational practices and creating measurable environmental impact through responsible end-of-life asset management. It also reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement as we advance more secure, traceable and responsible solutions across IT asset disposition, e-waste recycling, data destruction, data centre decommissioning and solar panel recycling.
The graduation ceremony also featured a panel discussion on how sustainability, innovation and artificial intelligence can help SMEs improve productivity, manage costs and build long-term business resilience.
The discussion featured:
Mr Kenneth Ng, Global Sustainability Lead, Razer Inc
Mr Adam Tan, Head of Community Financial Services, Maybank Singapore Limited
Mr Eugene Yeo, Deputy Director, Enterprise Sustainability, Enterprise Singapore
The session was moderated by Ms Clara Kwan, Chief Sustainability Officer of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation.

We look forward to building on this foundation and continuing to strengthen responsible, measurable and accountable operations.
