REDUX celebrated a meaningful milestone, our Project Manager Eric Chen’s long service journey with REDUX SG. Since joining the team in 2015, Eric has played an integral role in overseeing operations and coordinating complex projects, ensuring consistent delivery through discipline, accountability, and strong execution.
Behind every successful project is someone managing timelines, manpower, client communication, and on-site details with calm reliability. Eric’s steady approach has built trust across teams and with clients over the years. As a token of appreciation, our Managing Director presented Eric with an Omega watch, symbolising precision, reliability, and long-term commitment—and recognising the standards and leadership he continues to bring to the team.
We ended the day with a simple team dinner ahead of Chinese New Year, coming together to thank everyone for their efforts and to close the season on a warm note.
