REDUX was featured in Lianhe Zaobao in a report highlighting the growing need for solar panel end-of-life management in Singapore and the importance of building local recycling capability. The article covered our three-party collaboration with EtaVolt and Vector Green under Project SolaREV, to establish a more integrated, end-to-end processing workflow.
The report also documented a site visit to REDUX’s Tuas facility and described how the recycling equipment removes the aluminium frame and processes the panel into glass fragments and silicon/silver-containing granules for downstream recovery. It also cited processing capacity figures and highlighted ongoing work to explore higher-value reuse pathways for recovered PV glass.
