Transparency and Accountability in Sustainability Practices

In e-waste management, transparency and accountability are essential for building trust, ensuring compliance, and driving sustainability. At REDUX, we go beyond the basics, holding ourselves to the highest standards of transparency and accountability while driving sustainable outcomes.

Certifications That Build Trust

ISO 9001, 14001, 14067, 27001, 45001: Covering quality, environmental management, carbon footprint assessment, data security, and occupational safety.

R2V3 Certification: The gold standard for responsible recycling, ensuring secure, traceable e-waste disposal.

NEA Licenses: Including General Waste Collector (Class A), Disposal Facility (Ewaste), and Toxic Industrial Waste Collector (TIWC). These certifications are more than just accolades; they are assurances that REDUX operates with integrity, transparency, and sustainability at every stage.

Transparent and Auditable Reporting

Our clients rely on our detailed and traceable reports to meet compliance and ESG requirements:

Data Destruction Reports

Confirming secure destruction of storage media with serial numbers and method details.

Recycling Reports

Documenting material recovery and compliance with environmental standards.

Carbon Footprint Reports

Providing insights into emissions avoided, backed by ISO 14067 validation.

By providing detailed before-and-after reports, we empower our clients with the tools to meet internal ESG goals, external compliance requirements, and audit needs.

Off-Site Data Destruction Practices

REDUX takes data security to the next level with our sealed security protocol:

  1. After collecting and organizing storage media, we seal each box with a unique, serial-numbered security seal.
  2. Upon arrival at our facility, the sealed boxes remain unopened until the designated witness arrives.
  3. The seals are broken only in the presence of the witness, ensuring full transparency and eliminating any risk of tampering or data mishandling.m

Why the Circular Economy Matters

The transition from a linear “take-make-dispose” model to a circular economy is essential for addressing the environmental challenges of our time. By rethinking how we produce, consume, and dispose of IT assets, we can significantly reduce waste, conserve natural resources, and combat climate change.

Real-Time Tracking for Asset Security

We take asset security seriously. Through GPS-enabled vehicle tracking, customers can monitor their IT assets’ journey in real-time, from collection to processing. This level of transparency ensures that no item is misplaced or mishandled, reinforcing trust in our end-to-end workflow.

Towards a Sustainable Future

Sustainability drives everything we do at Redux. From embracing the circular economy to reducing carbon footprints and safeguarding employee well-being, we’re committed to making a lasting impact.

Transparency and accountability aren’t just policies. They’re the foundation of our operations.

With REDUX, you can trust that your IT assets are handled responsibly, securely, and sustainably.

Ready to experience a new standard in e-waste management? Let’s work together to think sustainably, dispose responsibly, and move towards a circular economy.
